Our collection of art and sculpture ranges in mediums from classical to contemporary, from wood to metal, from bronze to mixed media, encompassing larger than life sizes as well as collectible artworks. We work closely with Balboa Park institutions on creating city-wide and county-wide art awareness programs that serve the San Diego locals and visitors alike and invites them to appreciate art!
The Sculpture Guild is a juried association; application is open to all local sculptors. It's mission is to promote local sculptors and offer art solutions, information and classes to the public. Artists use the indoor gallery and outdoor garden as places to sculpt, hold workshops and gatherings.
All work is done by local artists who create in bronze, terracotta, stone, metal, cement, plaster and tile. Figurative and animal sculptures are created in Traditional and Contemporary styles that range from miniature to larger than life size.
